Paperwork (Remaining Balance) should be placed in an unsealed envelope in clear view prior to the session.

If we’re meeting in public, you can place your remaining balance in a card.

For monthly arrangements, your total balance for the month is due at the beginning of the first meeting.

• For same day appointments, there is an additional 100/hour.

• Incalls are only available when touring; an additional amount will be added to cover the cost of the incall. Outcalls are always available.

• Brief, Hybrid, & Longer Experiences require a 20% deposit which goes toward the total of the meeting. Extended Experiences require a 35% deposit. Please bring your remaining balance in cash. Deposits are non-refundable.

• Overnights are available for returning clients. FMTY rates will vary depending on location and appointment duration.

If the cancellation is within 12 hours of our appointment, the full amount of your bill will be due, or we can reschedule for a different date within two months of your original date. If I need to cancel, your full deposit will be returned.

Gifts in the form of monetary contribution are the most thoughtful and desirable for me. I’m looking toward land ownership in the future and any contribution toward reaching my goals is met with appreciation.
